We will survey your property and produce accurate plan, elevations and cross-sections. Not only will these be needed for planning approval, but their accuracy will mean that you can get detailed quotes from your selected builder.

This can be a confusing part of the project. However, we will act as your agent to make the application and deal with the planning authority on your behalf.
